Job Description Work as a bartender mixing alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks, serving staff and customers, and creating a great bar experience. The role supports servers and maintains a clean environment.
Responsibilities Mix drinks according to Applebee’s standards. Provide friendly service to staff and patrons. Assist servers and manage bar inventory. Maintain a safe and sanitary bar area.
Qualifications Minimum age 21 (per state law). Effective communication skills. Commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to remain stationary for up to four hours and lift up to 25 pounds.
Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay starts at minimum wage plus tips. Daily pay available (except in California). Healthcare benefits. Meal discounts.
Physical Standards Remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for up to four hours per shift. Must reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds. Must wear protective hand coverings, face coverings, and masks during shift. Must use disinfectant cleaning supplies and wash hands with soap regularly.
