Job Description As an Applebee's Bartender, you will mix outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, serve customers and support staff, and create a great bar experience. You will work hard but enjoy the fun, flexible schedule and growth opportunities at Applebee's.
Responsibilities
Mix alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to established standards.
Serve drinks to customers and assist servers.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
Follow all health and safety policies.
Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years old (per state law).
Effective communication skills with staff and customers.
Friendly and customer‑focused attitude.
Commitment to delivering an excellent bar experience.
Compensation & Benefits
Starts at minimum wage plus tips.
Competitive wages.
Daily Pay (not available in California).
Flexible work schedules.
Health‑care benefits and meal discounts.

Physical Standards
Remain stationary and move for up to four (4) hours per shift.
Lift up to 25 pounds, carry plates, glasses, baskets; transport inventory around the dining area.
Use protective hand coverings, face coverings, and disinfectant supplies as required.
Wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout shift.
