Job Summary The Kitchen Supervisor will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, ensuring high standards, and leading a high-volume kitchen in a fast-paced environment. The Cook (Chef de Cuisine) will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-volume kitchen and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The Cook will be responsible for creating new menu items, managing inventory, and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook meals according to restaurant standards

Create new menu items and specials

Manage inventory and order supplies as needed

Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards

Train and supervise kitchen staff

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen

Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements

Proven experience as a Cook (Chef de Cuisine) in a high-volume kitchen

Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients

Ability to create new menu items and specials

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

High school diploma or equivalent; degree from a culinary school is a plus
