Arcade Attendant – Andretti Indoor Karting & Games
We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Arcade Attendant to join our team. This part‑time role welcomes guests, manages machines, and ensures a great experience for everyone.
Base Pay $15.00/hr – $15.00/hr
Position Summary An Arcade Attendant is responsible for anticipating guest needs, exceeding service expectations, and maintaining an exciting atmosphere. All duties are performed while adhering to the high standards of quality and guest satisfaction established by Andretti Indoor Karting & Games.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome visitors with a friendly, positive greeting.
Explain racing requirements and safety guidelines to guests.
Conduct redemption inventory and keep displays fully stocked.
Perform minor game repairs and explain game operation.
Notify Game Techs of machine errors and return play credit to guests.
Deliver energetic guest service with a sense of urgency.
Observe, instruct, and monitor guests for safety and guideline adherence.
Assist with any guest recovery and ensure positive experiences.
Maintain knowledge of Andretti brand, products, and policies.
Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with guests and coworkers.
Be aware of and follow facility emergency procedures.
Perform opening, running, and closing department duties as assigned.
Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred.
Skills & Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat, and sociable throughout the workday.
Ability to work a varied schedule that includes days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
Physical Requirements
Walk or stand for extended periods.
Lift up to 15 lbs. on a regular basis; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
Perform tasks requiring organization, bending, reaching, turning, climbing, and stocking.
Communicate quickly and accurately.
Work in environments with bright, dim or flashing lights and loud sounds.
Use manual dexterity to operate necessary equipment.
Follow and maintain safety standards at all times.
