Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Maintain and update patient medical records and files Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly Handle patient check-in and check-out procedures Verify patient information and insurance details Process billing, coding, and basic insurance claims (as required) Assist with medical correspondence, forms, and reports Ensure compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations (such as HIPAA) Keep the front office organized and stocked with supplies Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification preferred) Required Skills
