Compensation:
$16 per hour plus tips.
Work Schedule:
6‑hour shifts, day and night hours.
Benefits:
Accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, telemedicine, 401(k). Seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible for benefits. Summary
The Lot Attendant accurately collects and reconciles revenue, manages parking and provides exceptional hospitality services to all guests throughout their stay. Stacks vehicles when necessary, upholds parking policy and procedures. Essential Functions
Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests and staff. Under pressure, use proper tone, welcome guests and assist with directions. Provide information about surrounding area and protect guest confidentiality. Stack vehicles, secure keys, retrieve stacked vehicles and collect parking data. Collect, reconcile, and report revenue accurately and complete shift reports. Obtain daily rates, secure keys, maintain claim checks and produce vehicle inventory for billing. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED. At least 18 years of age; pass background check and drug screen. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. One to three months related experience or equivalent. Knowledge of customer service and ability to read, comprehend and write standard English. Physical Requirements
Regularly required to talk or hear, sit or stand for extended periods, run, walk, handle objects, reach with arms, climb stairs, balance. Lifting up to 100 lbs occasionally, up to 50 lbs frequently, up to 20 lbs constantly. Working Environment
Outdoor work for extended periods, extreme heat and cold weather, protection from weather conditions may be provided. Travel
Travel of up to 5% may be required.
