Truck Driver CDL A Home Daily
Join us at Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Springdale, AR as a SOLO Class A CDL Truck Driver. We’re looking for reliable drivers to deliver within a 100‑mile radius of Arkansas, working a home‑daily route.
Position Description We have an opening for a SOLO Class A CDL Truck Driver in Springdale, AR and we want the right driver to join us at Ryder.
Compensation
Weekly pay: $1,015 or more
Hourly wage: $23.62 per hour with overtime after 40 hours
Annual bonuses: up to $3,400
Schedule: Monday – Friday, dispatch at 7:00 AM
Job Details
Route: Home daily, Arkansas (≤ 100 mi)
Vehicle: Day‑cab tractor, manual transmission
Trailer: Flatbed (minimum 6 months experience)
Equipment: Truck‑mounted forklift
Freight: Load securement – strapping

Requirements
Minimum age 21
Pass Ryder drug test, background & motor‑vehicle check (including last 3 years), DOT physical, and Ryder road test
Valid Class A CDL with required endorsements
Class A tractor‑trailer experience: 9 months in past 3 years or 2 years in past 5 years or 5 years in past 10 years
Ability to follow written and oral instructions, read and apply laws, rules, regulations, and company policies
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws, regulations and agency rules
Identify, mitigate and eliminate safety hazards
Maintain accurate logs and records
Load and unload freight (and assist as required by customer)
Perform additional duties as assigned
