Transport Driver (Tractor Trailer) - CDL A
PBNA $20.00 / hour
Position drives a tractor/trailer truck to make local/regional deliveries (up to 275 mile radius) of finished products or raw materials/supplies to company distribution and manufacturing centers. The driver obtains proper authorization for all deliveries/pick‑ups, inspects the vehicle before and after each trip, and maintains a DOT driver log in accordance with DOT regulations.
Primary Accountabilities
Deliver finished products or raw materials to assigned destinations
Ensure safety and compliance of loads
Maintain DOT driver log and other required transport documentation
Ensure regular, reliable, predictable attendance
Conduct pre/post trip inspections
Basic Qualifications
21 years or older
Pass DOT physical and DOT Road Test
Valid U.S. CDL license with Non‑Excepted Interstate status (including HazMat, Double, and Tanker endorsements)
At least 100,000 verifiable accident‑free miles or 2,500 accident‑free hours
Follow DOT regulations
Helpful Experience
Operating trucks requiring a Valid U.S. CDL Class A license (e.g., forward/backward driving, maneuvering in tight spaces, dropping and hooking, operating landing gear, or backing into docks and confined spaces)
Hauling consumer products and perishable goods (e.g., transporting unstable loads or hauling different weights on different trip segments)
Operating a tractor‑trailer under different conditions (e.g., highway driving, side/local roads, city/country, maneuvering in tight spaces)
