Job Description
Responsible for properly setting up injection molding presses by ensuring all process parameters & settings are performed according to the process set-up sheets Ensures all safety features are functioning (drop bar & safety switches) Maximizes uptimes on all machine centers w/goals of reducing downtime & producing ZERO defects Responsible for setting molds, changing molds, and troubleshooting injection molding process Will document all process parameters Will perform corrective actions as needed Troubleshooting – identifying maintenance concerns/issues Assisting with training personnel as needed Must have Qualifications
2+ minimum years of experience with plastic injection molding industry Compensation
