to help children with autism grow through play‑based therapy known as applied behavior analysis (ABA). You will support children, teens, and young adults with autism in homes, schools, or our centers.
Responsibilities
Assist children aged 2‑22 with autism and special needs to learn communication, socialization, and self‑help skills.
Implement ABA therapy plans developed with supervising clinicians.
Track progress, maintain accurate data, and contribute to team meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
Genuine desire to help children with autism and their families achieve goals.
Strong compassion, empathy, enthusiasm, kindness, goodwill, and reliability.
Willingness to learn about autism, learning differences, and ABA.
At least 18 years old on the first day of employment.
Ability to pass a background check.
Eligibility to work in the United States and availability for a consistent weekly schedule (mornings, afternoons, and/or evenings).
Preferred: bilingual fluency in English/Spanish; background in psychology, education, special education, child care, or related field; experience with children in a caregiving or instructional role.
Desired: experience in behavior analysis, behavioral health, teaching, occupational therapy, speech‑language pathology, counseling, or mental health.
Education & Requirements
High School Diploma required; college coursework in psychology or related field is a plus.
Reliable transportation; Valid Driver’s License and personal vehicle preferred.
Schedule availability M‑F between 8:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.; primary need typically 3:30 p.m.–7:30 p.m.; weekend availability a bonus.
Schedule & Compensation
Temporary full‑time or part‑time positions.
Pay: $18.00‑$22.00 per hour, increasing with experience.
Potential to earn Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
Full‑time employees earn up to 15 days of paid time off (PTO) after 90 days of employment; part‑time employees are eligible for sick leave.
