Management and Manufacturing Location: Decatur, GA Salary: $16.15–$19.00 per hour Essential Job Functions
Physically walk the property on a frequent basis and remove litter, debris, cigarette butts, and pet droppings from the grounds. Particular attention required to the management office, pool area, laundry room, mail kiosk/room, pathways to vacant units, stairways and breezeways, dumpster areas, recreation areas, grounds adjacent to the road, in front of the office, walkways to and from and in between building, exterior lighting fixtures, and parking lots and drives. Perform “trash out” duties at vacated apartments daily by removing all abandoned furniture, trash, and boxes and transferring items to the dumpster or storage area as applicable. Transfer trash and other items left outside the dumpster into the dumpster and pick up, sweep areas, and keep dumpster doors closed when not in use. Perform routine maintenance on the property as directed by the Property Manager, including assisting with make‑readies, painting interior/exterior surfaces, routine service requests, changing locks, and distributing resident communications such as resident notices, unit inspection notices, pest control notices, and/or newsletters.
