Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing superior support to our staff and customers. In this dynamic role, you will manage a variety of administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operation of our office environment. Strong communication skills are essential as you'll be interacting with diverse individuals, both in person and over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.

Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments for staff.

Provide general administrative support, including filing and data entry.

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.

Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask.

Customer-oriented attitude with a professional demeanor.
