Location: Badger Dr., Waukesha, WI.
Shift: 2nd Shift (Core 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm; overtime may be mandatory).
Hourly rate: $24.50 per hour + $2.50 per hour shift premium.
Sign‑on bonus: $2,000 paid in two installments (subject to withholding).
This position offers a sign‑on bonus only for applicants submitted on or after January 1 2025; the bonus applies to specific job types and shifts, and the applicant must be employed at the time of payout.

Prep tanks for leak testing. Ensure tanks are leak‑proof by pressure testing and/or dye penetrant. TIG‑repair any weld leaks. Apply required studs. Maintain cleanliness inside tanks. Remove tanks from line or leak tester and palletize. Perform final quality checks. Plug tank orifices in preparation for leak testing. Operate hydraulic leak‑test machine. Pressurize tank, apply soap to locate leaks, repair with TIG weld. Apply studs using electric stud welding gun according to process standards. Use crane to remove tank off line or leak‑test machine and palletize. Clean interior of tanks with vacuum after sweeping. Inspect finished tank to meet customer visual requirements. Document non‑conformances via tracking system completing Material Reject Tags. Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED from an accredited institution. Minimum 1 year of welding experience in a manufacturing environment. No immigration sponsorship or relocation benefits offered; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Waukesha, WI. Military service members exempt from the geographical limitation. Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience. Associate’s degree in welding from an accredited institution. Previous experience in weld inspection. Skills
Successfully complete Eaton’s weld test (TIG). Ability to work overtime when required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; bend, twist, grab, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, use both hands to lift and lower materials, and perform all other essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
