Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and conduct practice sessions to develop the team's skills and strategy.
Evaluate athletes' skills and assign team positions.
Monitor and mentor student‑athletes' academic progress.
Enforce discipline both on and off the court and model sportsmanship in all aspects of the role.
Communicate effectively with parents, coaching staff, school staff, and students.
Qualifications
Prior experience as a coach or assistant coach.
Strong understanding of cheerleading rules, strategies, and training techniques.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information Salary: Based on district coaching supplement pay scale
This is a seasonal position.
