Pay structure based on hours, miles, cases, and stops.

What You'll Do As a CDL‑A Delivery Driver
Inspect tractor‑trailer for defects pre‑ and post‑trip; submit DOT inspection reports.
Verify bill of lading, store keys, and ensure delivery accuracy during off‑hour deliveries.
Drive tractor‑trailer to destinations, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations.
Maintain driver logs (Manual or Peoplenet) per DOT regulations; document deliveries, product temperatures, and exceptions.
Unload trailers and deliver products to customer premises.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Candidates may be subject to a background check and drug screening, per applicable laws.
Qualifications You'll Bring
At least 21 years of age.
Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A).
At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience.
Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk‑rating qualifications.
Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‐related tasks safely and effectively.
