Care Cart Driver
Reports to: Jeep/ATV Supervisor Category: Seasonal (April‑September 2026) Salary Range: $18 per hour with bonus potential Summary: Care Cart Driver transports cruise guests and non‑cruise guests to various locations at Icy Strait Point. The driver prioritizes guests with mobility issues, remembers cart routes, and responds to call requests promptly. Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to all Icy Strait Point guests. Offer guests general information about Icy Strait Point. Participate in all required trainings. Promote other Icy Strait Point venues, distribute literature, and/or sell merchandise. Serve as greeter to welcome guests and conduct orientations. Take tickets and load passengers. Assist within programs wherever needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements
Willingness to learn about Tlingit culture. Valid driver’s license. Good customer service skills and professional communication. Previous experience in guest services. Ability to learn, retain, and relay general Icy Strait Point information. Current First Aid and CPR certification preferred. Age 25 or older preferred. Driver for Hire card preferred. Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Able to sit for extended periods. Work long hours in peak season with limited time off. Comfortable traveling by small plane or ferry to and from a remote setting. Walk and drive on gravel roads in inclement weather. Meet maximum weight guidelines for the vehicle. Comfortably lift up to 50+ pounds.
