Job Summary: Provides a wide variety of administrative support to the Ambulatory Services director group. Serves as the first point of contact for Ambulatory Services and the directors to whom they are assigned. Uses good judgement in identifying which issues/questions can be handled independently and which need to be referred to others. Operates with a great deal of discretion and maintains confidentiality in regard to the highly sensitive and private information that is learned during the execution of duties. Maintains positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and always represents Ambulatory Services and University Hospital in a positive manner.
Minimum Qualifications: Associates degree and two years of administrative experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a healthcare setting and familiarity with medical terminology.
Work Days: M - F 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
