Closing Back of House Team Member

Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to Chick‑fil‑A recipes and procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen, including dishwashing and surface sanitation
Work closely with kitchen team members to ensure smooth and effective operations
Support an exceptional guest experience by upholding Chick‑fil‑A values from the back of house
Assist with closing duties, including cleaning, stocking, and kitchen reset
Qualifications
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance (evening, weekend, and holiday availability required)
Ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment
Strong accountability and team‑oriented mindset
Ability to lift and carry up to 55 lbs
Must be at least 16 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
