Position: Weekend Warrior Server Position Type: Full Time
Location Springfield, Missouri
Starting Wage $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Shift Schedule Monday / Sunday 11:30 am – 7:30 pm
We are looking for someone (like you):
Host with the Most – greet residents and make them feel welcome, be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster an environment where residents can connect.
Peppy Prepper – prep a table for service, salads for the next meal, or roll silverware; understand that a successful meal service can only happen if you’re prepared.
Titan of Tidiness – buss tables, sweep floors; play a crucial part in making the community something we can be proud of.
Appetite Anthropologist – communicate with supervisors and Wellness when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals.
What are we looking for?
At least sixteen years of age.
Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our residents.
Positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our residents.
Active for a role that requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assist persons after a fall.
Criminally cleared.
