What Your Day May Include
Answering phones and providing professional customer service
Entering service orders and maintaining accurate office records
Processing vendor invoices, accounts payable, and customer payments
Organizing files, job documentation, and project information
Supporting accounting, sales, and operations teams as needed
What We’re Looking For
Experience in administrative support, office administration, or receptionist roles
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A customer-focused, team-oriented mindset
High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
