Position Overview We are looking for a
Spray Technician
to work alongside and support our
Turf Care Manager . This role focuses on the proper application of fertilizers, herbicides, and other turf treatments for high-end residential properties. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality results.
Responsibilities
Apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other turf treatments safely and accurately
Diagnose common turf issues (weeds, disease, insects, nutrient deficiencies)
Maintain accurate application and service records
Calibrate and maintain spray equipment
Communicate professionally with homeowners when needed
Follow all state and federal safety and environmental regulations
Support the Turf Care Manager with route efficiency and quality control
Qualifications
1 year of previous turf care, lawn care, or spray application experience
Commercial Pesticide Applicator License (or ability to obtain within a set timeframe)
Valid driver’s license with clean driving recordlemsteadment
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Professional appearance and customer-service mindset
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience with high-end residential or HOA properties
Knowledge of cool-season turf (bluegrass, fescue, rye)
Spanish/English bilingual skills preferred
Irrigation or landscape maintenance background
