Sanitation Supervisor

Supervision of Clean Up / Sanitation of the Plant Cleaning at the end of production The Production Manager is a back-up for this position Documentation of what has been cleaned and when Order Chemicals and Janitorial Supplies Write & Update Cleaning Procedures for production lines Manage and direct pest control program Requirements for Success: 4 year degree in Food Science, Management/Supervision, or equivalent Certified PCO, preferred 2-4 years’ experience in Sanitation &/or Supervision – food industry preferred Knowledge of OSHA requirements, equipment operation, & chemicals Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Computer proficient – MS Office Good leadership qualities Proactive Able to work well with others Physical Requirements & Working Conditions To perform this job successfully, the physical demands listed are representative of those that must be met by an employee.
