RESPONSIBLE TO:
District Administrator for Instructional and Student Services – 10, 11, or 12-month
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree Minimum / Master’s preferred
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum three (3) years of experience in Instructional/Curriculum in a public school, higher education, and/or career tech.
CERTIFICATION:
Valid Oklahoma Department of Education Teaching Certificate or valid ODCTE Standard Teaching Certificate
PERSONNEL CLASSIFICATION:
Certified Instructional Support – (Level 2/Level 3 salary schedule); 40 hours per week; Exempt
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Under the direction of the District Administrator for Instructional & Student Services; coordinate with Campus Directors to provide instructional coaching and teaching methods for all staff.
Provide support and expertise in the delivery of the district new instructor induction program and the various ODCTE teacher induction programs.
Assist in the adaptation of curriculum materials to provide alignment, rigor, and relevance for all instructional efforts.
Assist in the application of Literacy, Numeracy, and the embedding of academics in curriculum.
Promote, advertise, and solicit students to participate in the Cooperative Alliance program.
Guide and assist students, instructors, and staff members with the enrollment procedures and official completion steps to be part of the Cooperative Alliance.
Work with Carl Perkins and other Federal programs as needed.
Collaborate with all divisions and directors, making presentations as needed.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
MAJOR DUTIES:
Under the supervision of the District Administrator for Instructional & Student Services.
Collaborate with Campus Director’s to work one on one with instructional staff to utilize instructional best practices and apply the model schools Rigor, Relevance, and Relationships (Quad D framework).
Assist with the delivery of the ICTC new teacher induction program and assist Campus Director’s in utilization the ODCTE induction programs.
Collaborate with instructors to develop instructional materials, curriculum alignment and support materials – making presentations as needed.
Assist with the organization and management of the district plan for assisting students with testing and any academic initiative that leads to high school academic credit.
When called upon assist with the identification and implementation of career major certification, licensure, or credential test for students.
Assist with Carl Perkins Grant Administration and Reporting.
Assist with College Alliance Program.
Career Major submission to ODCTE, communicating changes with school staff as needed.
Assist student services with the transcription and awarding of academic credit.
Work as a consultant and support agent for each campus Academic Center and all academic classes offered for credit.

Building a good, harmonious rapport and work cooperatively with all district personnel while carrying out the duties, responsibilities and objectives of the job.
Assist and communicate with all vendors, ODCTE, and other state agencies in a friendly and sociable manner.
