Current staffing is over 2,200 positions, plus seasonal/supplemental staffing. The core services include policy administration, employee relations, staff development, benefits, classification and compensation, recruitment and retention, salary administration, diversity and inclusion, performance management, safety and wellness. The HR office supports the mission of the agency by providing policy interpretation, processes, and staff development opportunities in all aspects of HR.
