ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for highly motivated delivery experts with personality, people skills, and a desire to serve. You must have a reliable vehicle, proof of insurance, a valid driver's license, and a safe driving record. Our goal is to get every pizza to our customers as fast as safely possible by operating efficiently in the store and we need more great team members to accomplish this.
Job Description We are very flexible with hours and can accommodate a schedule that requires only 1 shift per week or as many as 5-6 shifts per week. Both daytime and evening shifts are available.

Job Requirements You must be 18 years of age or older.
General job duties for all store team members:
Operate all equipment
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
Prepare product
Receive and process telephone orders
Complete any required paperwork
Clean equipment and facility daily
Maintain store equipment
Read a map and navigate to designated locations
Locate addresses and deliver across adverse terrain while carrying product
Use personal vehicle to deliver products
TRAINING
Orientation and training provided on the job
Training will focus on:
Taking orders
Labeling boxes
Delivering product safely
Avoiding hazards and distractions on the road
Communication Skills Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions/Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
Must be able to make correct monetary change
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Additional Information – WORK CONDITIONS
Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions, in-store temperatures ranging from 32°F in the cooler to 90°F+ in some work areas, extreme weather conditions including temperatures ranging from 0°F to 110°F, rain, fog, sleet, snow, ice, wind, dust, and more.
Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside.
Fumes from food odors.
Exposure to cornmeal dust.
Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler.
Hot surfaces/tools from oven and hot plates up to 500°F or higher.
Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
SENSING
Talking and listening on telephone.
Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks.

Standing: most tasks performed from a standing position; work surfaces 36‑48 inches high.
Walking/Jogging/Running: short distances or durations.
Sitting: paperwork normally completed at a desk or table.
Lifting: bulk product deliveries up to 50 lb, cases stacked up to 72 inches high.
Carrying: large bags/boxes/crates up to 50 lb, trays of pizza dough (≈12 lb) carried three at a time over short distances.
Pushing: moving trays on dollies, a stack of trays up to 24–30, requiring up to 7.5 lb of force.
Climbing: infrequently navigating stairs or climbing a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, or perform maintenance.
Stooping/Bending: forward bending at the waist required at the pizza assembly station and front counter.
Crouching/Squatting: occasional to stock shelves and clean low areas.
Reaching: continuous; up, down, and forward; above 72 inches for turning ovens, changing prices, or lifting objects.
Hand Tasks: eye‑hand coordination essential; frequent use of forearms and wrists; manipulating a pizza peel or rolling cutter; pinching in assembly of cardboard pizzas; grasping cans, phones, pizza cutters, and pizza peels.
