Job Description
We are very flexible with hours. A schedule that requires only one shift per week or as many as 5–6 shifts per week is possible, with both daytime and evening shifts available.

Job Requirements
Must be 16 years of age or older.
General job duties for all store team members:
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Complete any required paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility daily.
Maintain store equipment.
Training
Orientation and training provided on the job.
Training focuses on:
Taking orders.
Labeling boxes.
Making pizzas.
Communication Skills
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions / Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Additional Information – Work Conditions
Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
In‑store temperatures ranging from 32 °F in cooler to 90 °F and above in some work areas.
Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside.
Fumes from food odors.
Exposure to cornmeal dust.
Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
Hot surfaces/tools from oven and hot plates up to 500 °F or higher.
Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Sensing
Talking and listening on telephone.
Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
Depth perception.
Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Carrying – large bags/boxes/crates up to 50 lb; trays of pizza dough brought three at a time (~12 lb each).
Pushing – moving trays on dollies, requiring up to 7.5 lb of force.
Climbing – occasionally navigate stairs or climb ladder to change prices, wash walls, perform maintenance.
Stooping/bending – forward bending at waist necessary at pizza assembly station; duration 45–120 s repeatedly.
Crouching/squatting – performed occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
Reaching – up, down, forward; above 72 in. occasionally.
Hand tasks – eye‑hand coordination continuous; shaping dough, manipulating peel, cutting, pinching box assembly; use of tools and electronics.
