Resident Care Aide – Peregrine Senior Living
Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Resident Care Aide to provide compassionate care to memory‑impaired residents in our assisted living community. The role focuses on maintaining residents’ dignity, independence, and overall wellbeing.
Pay and Schedule:
Base pay $16.50/hr – $18.50/hr. Full‑time schedule 3pm‑11pm with every other weekend.

Responsibilities:
Assist memory‑impaired residents with bathing, grooming, and dressing while maintaining dignity and promoting independence.
Ensure compliance with all regulations regarding residents’ rights.
Maintain and document proper records of care.
Immediately report changes in a resident’s condition (illness, behavior, personal care needs, medication issues, missing whereabouts, etc.) to the supervisor.
Promote and encourage resident participation in community activities.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Certification as a CNA, HHA, or PCA preferred or required by law.
One year of care‑giving experience preferred.
Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly required.
