11pm - 7am Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday with rotating weekends
Salary:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour – based on experience Shift differential offered for weekend, evening, and night shifts

We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated
Resident Care Aide .
Resident Care Aide Responsibilities
Assisting our memory impaired residents to complete tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing while maintaining the residents’ dignity and promoting their independence
Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights
Maintain and document proper records of care
Immediately report changes in resident’s condition to the supervisor: evidence of illness, changes in behavior, personal care needs not being met, medication issues, residents’ whereabouts unknown, etc.
Promote and encourage residents to participate in community activities
Resident Care Aide Education & Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
Certified Nursing Assistant-CNA, Home Health Aide-HHA, or Personal Care Aide-PCA certification preferred or as required by law
One year working in a caregiving capacity preferred
Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly required
