Room Attendant (Housekeeping)
The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly, and welcoming environment for guests by cleaning and servicing guest rooms and assigned areas according to established standards.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and service guest rooms daily, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
Clean bathrooms, including toilets, showers, sinks, and mirrors
Replenish guest room supplies such as towels, linens, toiletries, and amenities
Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor promptly
Follow hotel cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and hygiene standards
Handle guest requests politely and professionally
Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in a clean and organized condition
Ensure lost and found items are reported according to policy
Comply with health, safety, and security regulations
Qualifications & Skills
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
Ability to work efficiently and pay attention to detail
Basic communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional appearance and positive attitude
