Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Director of Activities to deliver creative and exciting resident activities that meet individual needs and interests within the community.
Assist with orienting all residents to activity programs under the direction of the Director of Activities.
Show self-motivation, independence, and decision-making ability while demonstrating professionalism, compassion, integrity, and honesty.
Work under pressure, resolve conflicts, prioritize tasks, and follow through with creative ideas.
Foster teamwork with co- workers, show initiative in overcoming obstacles, and positively impact co-workers, residents, and visitors.
Qualifications
Must hold a valid NYS driver's license.
High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Senior Assisted Living (preferred).
