Pay and Schedule Base pay range: $15.50/hr - $16.50/hr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. Schedule: Full Time & Part Time. Salary: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour, based on experience. Shift differential also available for Evenings, Nights and Weekend Shifts.

Responsibilities
Assisting our memory‑impaired residents to complete tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing while maintaining the residents’ dignity and promoting their independence.
Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights.
Maintain and document proper records of care.
Immediately report changes in resident’s condition to the supervisor: evidence of illness, changes in behavior, personal care needs not being met, medication issues, residents’ whereabouts unknown, etc.
Promote and encourage residents to participate in community activities.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Certified Nursing Assistant‑CNA, Home Health Aide‑HHA, or Personal Care Aide‑PCA certification preferred or required by law.
One year working in a care giving capacity preferred.
Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly required.
