Guest Service Representative – Graduate Tucson
Schulte Companies is seeking an energetic, experienced, hands‑on Guest Service Representative to join our Graduate by Hilton Tucson team. You will be part of a team committed to an inclusive, employee‑focused workplace that invests in your development.

Responsibilities
Greets guests upon arrival, focuses on personal recognition
Reviews arrival lists daily and assists in preparing and assembling welcome amenities
Escorts VIPs to rooms and checks them in prior to arrival
Answers the telephone within three rings with a smile and answers questions or transfers as needed
Manages cash handling: counts cash at beginning and end of shift, reports all cash over/shorts to management
Maintains a clean and organized front desk area
Assists with lobby activation as needed
Utilizes proper procedures when handling PPI data
Follows check‑in or check‑out checklists, retrieves necessary identification documents and form of payment upon arrival
Attends promptly to guest needs and inquiries
Performs various other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum of one (1) year in front desk operations
In‑depth knowledge of front desk operations
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
Excellent time management skills
