Job Duties & Responsibilities
Greet guests upon arrival, focusing on personal recognition
Review arrival lists daily and assist in preparing and assembling welcome amenities
Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival
Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile, answering questions or transferring as needed
Issue bank issuance—count cash at shift start and end, ensuring proper cash handling and reporting any over/shorts to management
Keep the front‑desk area clean and organized
Assist with lobby activation as needed
Utilize proper procedures when handling guest PPI data
Follow check‑in/check‑out procedures, retrieving necessary identification documents and payment method upon arrival
Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries
Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
Education & Experience
Minimum one year in Front Operations
In‑depth knowledge of hotel front‑desk operations
Minimum high school education
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Basic computer skills
Effective verbal and written communication
Exceed expectations of guests and team members
Excellent time‑management skills
