This is a senior leadership role for someone who loves coaching, building teams, and creating exceptional player experiences—both on and off the court. About Padel39 Padel39 is a premium padel club experience with fun social connections. Padel39 is more than just a workplace; it's a community. We believe in creating an inclusive, supportive environment where everyone can thrive. Our team is small but mighty, and we value collaboration, creativity, and a commitment to excellence.Padel39 opened our first location in North Austin in October 2024. We have ambitious plans for Texas: expanding North Austin to 9 courts in early 2026 and opening a 12-court facility in East Austin in late February. We have just acquired Dallas Padel Club. The facility will be transformed early 2026 into Padel39 (North Dallas), bringing Padel39’s signature premium experience to the Dallas community.

What You’ll Do Coaching & Player Development
Deliver high-quality private lessons, group classes, and clinics across all levels
Design and implement training programs and seasonal coaching curricula
Support long-term player development, engagement, and retention
Maintain consistently high coaching standards and on-court experience.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and manage the
PADEL39
coaching team
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and development of coaches
Organize and lead regular coaching meetings
Ensure professionalism, consistency, and quality across all coaching programs.
Program & Business Growth
Help design, expand, and refine clinics, leagues, junior programs, and tournaments
Support marketing and promotion of coaching programs
Work with club leadership to increase court utilization and program participation
Contribute to the growth and success of overall coaching revenue.
Tournaments & Events
Represent
PADEL39
professionally at tournaments and padel events
Wear
PADEL39 -branded apparel during competitions and official appearances
Support club-hosted tournaments, leagues, and special events
Provide coaching support during events when required.
Culture & Community
Be a visible leader and role model within the
PADEL39
community
Build strong relationships with members, guests, and partners
Foster an inclusive, positive, and energetic club culture.
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience coaching padel players across multiple levels
Prior leadership or head coach experience preferred
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Passion for growing padel and building community
Professional, positive, and team-oriented mindset
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Willingness to represent the club at tournaments and events.
