Whether it's Tox, laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, or medical-grade skincare, we combine expert care with a friendly, judgment-free atmosphere that keeps our patients coming back and referring their friends. About the Role As the first and last face our patients see, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive, welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. This is more than a front desk job—it’s about building relationships, supporting our providers, and helping patients feel informed, valued, and cared for. This is NOT a seasonal/summer position. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Key Responsibilities: Greet and check in/check out patients with professionalism and warmth.
Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and manage appointment scheduling.
Maintain a clean, polished, and organized front desk and lobby area.
Educate patients about services, policies, and pre/post-care when needed.
Support the team with administrative tasks and special projects.
Ensure smooth patient flow and support the overall daily rhythm of the clinic.

Radiates professionalism and emotional intelligence.
Thrives in a team-oriented environment and loves helping people.
Is highly organized and attentive to detail.
Has availability to work every
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday evenings from 3pm to close. Fridays and two Sundays a month
Can begin training January 2nd.
Bonus Points If You:
Have prior medspa, healthcare, or front desk experience.
Are familiar with scheduling software (e.g., Mangomint, Boulevard, or similar)
Have a great eye for aesthetic branding and presentation.
