Position Overview
Hamilton Farms has partnered with iHire to reach top talent for an opening below. Full or part‑time executive chef for an upscale hunting lodge. Could be for a 60‑day season beginning late November 2025. Our ultimate need is a full‑time executive chef. The location is near Hamilton, Arkansas. Our two owners and their families are experienced in working with chefs.
Responsibilities
Buy and stock provisions.
Cook breakfast and dinner for two to no more than ten people.
Perform after‑dinner cleanup.
Maintain professional kitchen and ancillary equipment.
Qualifications Some knowledge of wine pairings is helpful.
Additional Details
Employment type: Full Time (part‑time possible).
Season: 60‑day season beginning late November 2025.
Location: near Hamilton, Arkansas.
Housing available for full‑time; accommodations available for part‑time.
Bonus/Commission: Yes.
Long‑run objective: develop a culinary program based on onsite gardens and specialty prep.
