Spa Attendant – Soho House & Co
At Soho House, a Spa Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Health Club Spa, supporting therapists, and ensuring high standards of hygiene throughout the day. The Role
Maintain cleanliness of showers, steam rooms, treatment rooms, common areas, vacuuming, mopping floors, removing trash, soiled linens, and restocking guest amenities and linen. Inspect spa areas and attend to replenishment throughout the day. Adhere to health and safety policy, including IIPP, worker’s comp, allergy procedures, and enforce compliance with all Company policies and legal regulations. Collaborate with the Housekeeping team for clean linens and cleaning supplies. Required Skills & Qualifications
Flexible schedule and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to multitask and excel in a high-volume, fast‑paced environment. Physical Requirements
Must be able to seize, grasp, turn, and hold objects with hands. Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours. Fast‑paced movements required to move from one part of the club to others. Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch, and climb as required. Benefits
