Role Overview As a Concierge at Revel, you will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, providing warm, welcoming experiences and serving as the front desk “go-to” person. You will partner with team members to create memorable experiences for the community.

Responsibilities

Embrace the Revel Culture Code in all interactions and work.

Engage residents, families, guests, and co-workers in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer calls, welcome visitors, monitor security and safety standards, sort and distribute mail, and coordinate rides, outings, and activities for residents.

Create a professional first impression by ensuring the front entrance, lobby, reception areas, and common areas are clean and welcoming.

Encourage teamwork and collaboration through open communication with other Revel team members across departments.

Champion residents’ expectations to ensure outstanding service.

Qualifications

Exceptional customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or senior living.

Experience interacting with guests/residents and general public in a courteous and professional manner.

Ability to make independent decisions and remain calm during emergency situations.

Strong reasoning skills and ability to understand and process information for giving and receiving feedback and instructions.

Proficiency in English and in using computers, mobile devices (e.g., tablets, iPads), AV equipment, and common office equipment.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
