Overview Healing Haven is a state-of-the-art behavioral clinic supporting children with autism and their families. Our Madison Heights campus has four clinics designed to meet the needs of children and young adults at every stage of life. We focus on the whole family, often including siblings and parents in therapy.

Pay Pay: $17–$25 per hour (inclusive of $20/hour starting rate for 1+ year experience with active RBT certification).

Work Hours Part‑time afternoons: shifts available between 11:30 AM–5 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

Work one‑on‑one with children and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder

Teach language, social, motor, play, and daily living skills (ADLs)

Maintain a fun, interactive, and organized environment

Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and families

Document behaviors and collect data

Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapy departments

Obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification and Quality Behavioral Solutions (QBS) Safety‑Care Training

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required

Professional references

Reliable transportation

Clean criminal history

Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients

Ability to walk, run, lift, squat, bend, push/pull 30 pounds as needed for therapy services

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals and staff
