Classification: Full-Time
Shift: Various – must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays
What will I be doing? As a Public Area Attendant, you will clean and maintain all public areas of the hotel and respond to guest requests to deliver outstanding guest service and profitability.
Clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, banquet/meeting/conference rooms.
Dust, polish furniture and fixtures, vacuum, mop, sweep, shampoo carpets, wash windows, empty soiled linen carts, clean/wax floors, remove trash, insects, debris, and empty ashtrays.
Greet guests in a friendly manner.
Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects (e.g., mattress flipping, furniture moves) as needed.
Assist in delivering guest requests and in cleaning guest rooms as needed.
