Responsibilities
Monitor and control access to client properties, ensuring authorized entry and maintaining security standards.
Provide courteous assistance to employees, visitors, and vendors while representing TriCorps with professionalism.
Enforce site‑specific rules, regulations, and procedures to ensure the safety of personnel and facilities.
Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies or security incidents, coordinating with management or local authorities as needed.
Conduct regular patrols to identify potential security risks and address safety concerns.
Prepare accurate reports detailing daily activities, incidents, and observations.
Support management and client directives to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.
Professional Expectations
Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times.
Remain alert, observant, and proactive throughout each shift.
Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Demonstrate calm judgment and professionalism in all interactions.

Schedule & Work Environment
Positions available in San Antonio, Texas and surrounding areas.
Full‑time and part‑time shifts available, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Education Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent

TX PSB Level 3 Armed License
Valid State ID
