Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing glasses and utensils and restocking supplies Managing bar operations (Stocking and cleaning) Handling payments (Good with basic math skills) POS skills Good customer service to ensure guests satisfaction and smooth bar flow Qualifications
Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Communicate effectively with other team members, including servers and management Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures At Waters Edge Winery, we will be making our own wine in house so training will be required Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload Understand basic drink recipes- Product knowledge Alcohol server training Perks
