Provide general administrative support and perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, assisting with travel vouchers, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead standardization of calendar, invite, pre‑brief collection, and recurring meeting refresh practices across assigned orgs.
Govern meeting/event execution quality (classified up to Secret per office needs); ensure minutes/action tracking and records are complete and accessible.
Oversee correspondence QC for conformance with procedural/regulatory instructions; ensure suspense tracking and distribution discipline.
Coordinate DTS operations support, monitor overdue vouchers, and drive process improvements to reduce rework. (Approvals remain with Government).
Direct conference room portfolio management; publish quarterly schedules/capacities/equipment details.
Ensure timely publication of org charts/recall rosters/phone lists and alignment with Business Operations.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree.
Less than 3 years performing duties described in the functional description.
Must be a United States citizen.
