Special Education Teacher – $50/hr – Tempe, AZ – Full-Time

Position Overview We are hiring a Special Education Teacher to provide services for elementary students in a specialized classroom setting. This role includes planning and implementing individualized programs, managing a classroom with para support, and collaborating with general education staff.

Assignment Details

Location: Tempe, AZ

Start Date: January 2026

End Date: May 2026 (16-week assignment)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | 40 hrs/week

Modality: In-person

Pay Rate: $50/hr | W2 position

Openings: 1

Responsibilities

Provide individualized instruction and classroom management

Collaborate with general education staff

Perform regular SPED teacher duties

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

Valid AZ teaching certificate (Special Education endorsement required)

Current CPR certification

Health clearance and TB screening

Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
