Position Overview

Provides administrative systems support and document processing as directed. The Administrative Assistant will work the front desk and provide support to clinic staff with varying degrees of independence as directed. Job performance requires time management, exceptional customer satisfaction, and reporting skills. Principal Duties And Responsibilities

Ensure high level of accuracy in all document processing, data entry, and reporting Provide support to clinic by answering phones and working the front desk Liaise between customer, patients, medical providers as directed Maintain all filing and customer relationships through regular communications Assist in analyzing and supporting administrative practices Serve as a role model by performing all tasks in a manner that exhibits professionalism and accountability Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies and practices Assist with medical surveillance testing including urine drug screen collection and hearing conservation testing Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to promote a cooperative working climate Keep immediate superior promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance Process and report documents as directed Support administrative team performance and contribute to improvement plans Provide support to internal teams to achieve divisional performance targets Perform all other duties assigned Competencies

Exceptional customer and client focus Highly proficient in MS Office Demonstrate attention to detail Proficient time management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Administrative writing skills Education

High School Diploma or GED – required Some college classes – preferred Experience
