Duties/Responsibilities
Serve food at the dining hall
Set up serving lines and prepare individual trays
Interact with customers from young children to adults
Cleaning and sanitizing the work area
Operate a commercial dishwasher
Clean chairs, tables, and service lines
Sweep and mop floors
Clean windows, baseboards, blinds; walkways and walls of the food service building
Assist cooks in preparing and cooking food
Assist with preparation of menu items
Other tasks as assigned.
