Key Responsibilities
Greet guests and visitors with a warm, professional welcome
Manage incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Maintain the appearance and organization of the front desk and common areas
Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting room bookings
Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and documentation
Serve as a resource for internal staff and assist with office supply management
Support other office coordination tasks as needed

Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and general office systems
Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or front office role preferred
