Responsibilities
Mix outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to deliver the best drinks.
Provide excellent service to both staff and customers.
Create a great bar experience for guests.
Work hard and have a great time doing it.
Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years old (per state law).
Effective communication skills with others.
Friendly attitude toward staff and customers.
Committed to making an impact.
Physical Standards
Remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours.
Safely reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 25 pounds.
Transport plates, glasses, baskets about 30 times per shift.
Speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and staff.
Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks throughout shift.
Use disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout shift.
Frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap.
Compensation Applebee's® Bartenders start at $6.75 PLUS tips.
