First Step House is hiring Full‑time Recovery Support Staff I & II located in Salt Lake City, Utah (graveyard shift only).

Position Details
Salary: $20.40–$23.99 per hour
Standard 36‑hour work week
Shift: 6:45 PM–7:00 AM, Thursday–Sunday

Responsibilities
Perform property rounds to ensure client and staff safety.
Answer the main house phone and direct inquiries.
Enforce client compliance with house rules by issuing violations.
Enter data including violation logs, pass logs, and client satisfaction surveys.
Administer urinalysis and breathalyzer tests per department policy.
Attend to client questions and concerns; refer treatment‑related issues to clinical staff as appropriate.
Interact with all clients in a sensitive and professional manner.
Dispense medications.
