The starting hourly pay rate for this position is
$18.50

Under minimal supervision the Assembler/ Admin Asst. will print and distribute work orders, measure, cut and assemble various door parts across multiple business lines. Tasks require a high level of mental alertness and attention to detail. What makes a successful OC Leominster team member: Must haves
High School Diploma or GED and be at least 18 Years Old Able to read and clearly communicate in English Basic computer knowledge and skill Able to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screening Experience with:
Working safely and following all plant rules Showing initiative, being a self‑starter Ability to multi‑task Work independently, as well as part of a team
Read a tape measure and do basic math Would be terrific if you also had
Preferably one year experience in a manufacturing setting Experience with:
Thinking under pressure, making quick and strategic decisions Work independently, as well as part of a team, and have shift flexibility Show initiative, be a self‑starter, and be able to train and coach others
Essential physical requirements
Stand for 8-10 hours Climb and descend stairs/ladder as needed for the role Do repetitive movements (hand, arm, leg; bending and twisting at the waist; bending at the knee; squatting; lift, push and pull 50‑pounds) Withstand exposure to temperature extremes; sounds or noise levels that may be uncomfortable Handle, control and feel raw materials and finished goods Our people and products make the world a better place.
